Personal Income Tax Registration

Tax Clearance Certificate

A Tax Clearance Certificate (TCC) a written confirmation from SARS that shows a Company is legally tax compliant in South Africa and that your Company’s Taxes are up to date. Our SAIPA Registered Tax Practitioner will assist you to obtain your own Tax Clearance Certificate at SARS within 24 hours.  A Tax Clearance is usually required by businesses for a Tender or to render a particular service.

VAT Registration*

UIF, PAYE & SDL Registration (SARS)

PBO Registration

Once Off Fee = R4,990

A PBO is any organisation that has the sole objective of providing one or more of Public Benefit Activities (PBA). These include conservation and animal welfare; education and healthcare; land and housing; religion, belief and philosophy; research and consumer rights; and sports, welfare and humanitarian activities in a non-profit manner. Provided that 85% of its activities, both in terms of time and money, is conducted in South Africa, a PBO may either be a Section 21 Company, a Trust, or an Association of Persons established in terms of our constitution.
